We recently had our new kitchen installed by the team at the German Kitchen Studio, and we couldn’t be happier. From design to fitting, the entire experience was smooth and went according to the detailed plan laid out from the beginning.

We had a very vague idea of what we wanted, which we relayed to John, he took our outline and designed a kitchen which is truly stunning, he wasn’t even offended when we tweaked his design to fit exactly what we wanted.

Roy and John were always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial or silly the probably seemed. In this day and age when it’s difficult to get a tradesman to even answer a phone call, it was so refreshing to know that we would get a fast response and resolution to any issues we had, they truly put the customer front and centre which I think is something virtually impossible to find nowadays.

The quality of the product speaks for itself, made to the highest specification, solid and sturdy.
Finally I must mention the team of guys John has assembled, all of who really know their stuff, from start to finish they arrived on time and knew exactly what was to be done, and did it to a very high standard.

After hearing so many horror stories from friends and family about the big kitchen companies, specifically the lacklustre customer service element, it can be a real minefield when it comes to choosing who to trust with such an important part of your home. I can’t recommend the German Kitchen Studio highly enough.
